Only 7 miles from Old Man's Cave or Conkle's Hollow, 11 miles from either Rock House or Ash Cave and just a short trip to the nearest coffee shops, ice cream stores and pizza shops.
This cabin sits on a quiet street where deer are frequent visitors and you'll find plenty of room to roam/play in the yard.
Sleeping up to 17 adults/children for family stays with an expansive yard to roam; making this 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom space ideal for multi-generation getaways. Minimum booking age to rent: 25+.
For adult-only stays: 14 guests maximum and all guests must be 25+.
No pets or parties/events permitted.

Security deposit may be required at time of booking and due (in check form) 30 days prior to arrival. This is returned within one week of your stay provided everything is left in good working order.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled more than 30 days in advance of your stay there is a 10% cancellation fee.
- If cancelled less than 30 days, but more than 7 days in advance from your stay there is a 50% cancellation fee.
- If cancelled less than 7 days from your stay there is no refund of any kind.
